What does Mailxify automate?+
Mailxify automates the repetitive parts of email outreach. Instead of writing and sending each email individually, you write the message once and Mailxify sends it to everyone on your list. It also handles scheduled follow-ups automatically while recipients remain eligible.
How do I start?+
Sign up, connect your Gmail account, upload a list of people you want to contact, write your email, set your follow-up schedule, review everything, and press Start. The whole setup takes a few minutes.
Do emails come from my Gmail?+
Yes. Every email sends directly from your own Gmail account, so recipients see your real email address and the message appears in your Gmail Sent folder.
Does Mailxify need my Gmail password?+
No. You connect your Gmail through Google's secure OAuth login. Mailxify never sees or stores your password.
What happens after I press Start?+
Mailxify begins preparing and sending emails according to the schedule and daily limits you configured. It respects your sending window (for example, weekdays 9:30–17:30) and never exceeds the daily send limit you set.
How do follow-ups work?+
When you set up your campaign, you choose how many follow-ups to send and how many days to wait between each one. Mailxify automatically sends the next follow-up on the schedule you chose, verifying recipient eligibility and suppression safety before each send.
Can I pause a campaign?+
Yes. You can pause or stop any campaign immediately with one click. No emails will be sent while the campaign is paused.
What counts toward my first 10 free sends?+
Only successfully sent campaign emails count. Failed sends do not consume the allowance.
When do I have to pay?+
